The North Shore Celtic Ensemble is a registered Canadian charity and your donations are greatly appreciated.

While our youth music classes are self supporting, we rely on the generosity of our sponsors and supporters to deliver certain community programs and artistic productions. Please consider making us part of your monthly or annual giving program. 100% of all donations go towards our youth and inter-generational programs.

Friends ($100+ per year) and Patrons ($250+ per year) will be gratefully acknowledged on our website.

Benefactors ($1000+ per year) will be gratefully acknowledged on the website and our winter concert program. We are grateful for all donations. All gifts over $25 will be issued a tax receipt. At your request, your gift may be made anonymously or in honor of someone special.

Having a strong membership base helps us apply for key sponsorships that support our standards of excellence.

You will receive our quarterly newsletter by email, and you can opt out at any time if you like. We never share your contact information or membership status.

You don’t need to be related to an NSCE player to be a member; anyone who likes what we do is welcome!

Fundraising by FlipGive

Flipgive is an online fundraising tool that directs funds back to the NSCE everytime you shop at selected retailers. It is free to use and free for the NSCE to register.

From our research, it appears that purchasing Gift Cards through FlipGive, and then using them at retailers, give us the largest pay back.

Press "Calculate Rewards Back" by going through a few simple steps where they are collecting shopping information from you such as your frequency of buying groceries etc.
Go through FlipGive when you are online shopping. For example if you're shopping on Amazon, go through the Flipgive website or App to the Amazon link and 2% of your device purchases will then be directed back to the NSCE.
Buy gift cards online with Flipgive and then use them for your in-store purchases at participating retailers, or as gifts.

The North Shore Celtic Ensemble has a dual mandate: To inspire youth to do more and go further with music, and to use music to build and strengthen community connections. We are a non-profit society and registered charity.
